After becoming an NCTJ-trained journalist, I started my career in 2012 as a freelancer on the Sky Sports and TEAMtalk.com newsdesks with a focus on football transfers and news. From there I was given the opportunity to write for Football365, FOX Soccer, FOX Sports Asia and other outlets.
I eventually joined Football365 as a full-time journalist in 2018, as part of a team who won the FSF Online Media of the Year award, before moving into the role of News Editor in 2022.
I was born and raised in Sheffield, where I still live today, and graduated from Sunderland University with a degree in Journalism.
