Sending Pictures*

(1) Name your picture files in the following manner -- [date] [team] [picture number] and save in JPG format.  For example the first picture sent for a game played on August 27, 2005 by an Aledo Bantam 1 team would be named --:  082507AledoBantam1_01.jpg or you may abbreviate it -- 082705AledBan101.jpg.

(2) Send pictures as an attachment to an e-mail.

(3) Pictures are limited to no more than 12 pictures per team per game.
Take time to review the pictures you send and think about how they will look when viewed by our visitors.  With the high speed digital cameras that are available today, a person is able to take 10 pictures of just one play.  Try to visualize your pictures as if they would be appearing in your local newspaper.  Shoot pictures of as many players as possible; it will sure make the other parents happy and increase team spirit!

(4) IMPORTANT!!! -- ONLY send pictures to the e-mail address below --

On the subject line type "PICTURES - (NAME OF TEAM)
In the body of the message state the number of pictures attached, i.e. #1-4 of 10

(5) Sometimes it may take a few days to get your pictures on the website.  Please be patient!  When you see them online, be sure and announce it at practice so everyone will be able to see them.  Make sure they don't forget to tell family members & friends who may live in other parts of the country or even the world.  We get lots of emails from military parents, grandparents & others who enjoy following their pee wee football player's progress every week.

(6) By submitting pictures the sender acknowledges that he or she has the right to publish and grants permission to Brazos Valley Football Association, Inc. and/or Jim Myers dba Myers Communications to publish and distribute them.  

(7) No pictures which contain the name(s) of photographers, companies, contact information or URLS will be displayed on the Home (Index) page of this website.  They will be allowed in Photo Albums of associations.
