2008 BVFA CALENDAR
| Meetings
will be held at the Meadows Lecture Hall in Joshua.
If a
Town Representative cannot attend, an authorized substitute must attend.
A letter signed by the Town Representative authorizing that
person to vote must be turned in before the beginning of the meeting.
If
a Town Rep or his / her representative is not present at a BVFA monthly
meeting that Town Representative’s Association will be fined $25.00
for each meeting missed.
Meadows
Lecture Hall is located at the north end of the Joshua High
School parking lot. Joshua High School is on Hwy. 174 on the south
side of Joshua.
